lime g&t
Ingredients
50ml Banks & Burbidge alcohol free Gin
200ml Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
Ice
Squeeze of fresh Lime Juice (using half Lime)
Slice of Lime to garnish
Making
Place Ice in glass and pour in half of Tonic Water
Add Banks & Burbidge Gin and Squeeze of half lime
Add remaining Tonic Water and garnish with Lime slice

spring garden g&t
Ingredients
Ice
50ml Banks & Burbidge alcohol free Gin
200ml Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic
Sprig of Rosemary to garnish
Making
Place Ice in glass and pour in half of Tonic Water
Add Banks & Burbidge Gin
Add remaining Tonic Water and garnish with Rosemary

strawberry sunset g&t
Ingredients
Ice
50ml Banks & Burbidge alcohol free Gin
50 ml Cranberry Juice
150ml Indian Tonic (Fever Tree, Schweppes,
or your favorite)
Slice of Strawberry to garnish
Making
Place Ice in glass
Add Cranberry Juice
Add Banks & Burbidge Gin
Add Tonic Water and garnish with Strawberry
Enjoy a classic cocktail with these delicious Banks & Burbidge blends

The Original B&B-G&T
Serves One
Ingredients:
Ice
1 part Banks & Burbidge™ Gin (70ml)
3 parts Indian Tonic Water (210ml)
2 fresh lime slices - squeezed lightly but do not crush, OR
2 slices Lebanese Cucumber
Method
Combine the Ice, Gin & 1 slice Lime or Cucumber and leave for 10 minutes to infuse and settle
Add tonic
Stir , and add second lime or cucumber slice to garnish
Enjoy!

Waterloo Bay Sunrise
Serves One
Ingredients:
Ice
1 part Banks & Burbidge™ Gin (60ml)
3 parts dry Ginger Ale (180ml)
10ml lime cordial
30ml raspberry cordial
Fresh Raspberries and Lemon slice to garnish
Method
Add Banks & Burbidge Gin, lime cordial, raspberry cordial, and ginger ale to high ball glass
Stir
Add ice
Garnish with raspberries and lemon
Enjoy!

Turbo Tonic
Serves One
Ingredients:
Ice
1 part Banks & Burbidge™ Gin (70ml)
3 parts Indian Tonic water (200ml)
10ml cold pressed coffee*
lemon slice to garnish
Method
Add Ice to a tall highball or Collins glass
Pour gin over ice
Add cold brew coffee
Top up glass with tonic water
Add lemon to garnish
Enjoy!
*Cold brew coffee is made by leaving coffee to steep in cold water overnight
